Did you have yourself a merry Christmas?

A recent episode with a friend has set me thinking about how I seem to have neglected people I call my friends. So my new year’s resolution is to try, as much as possible, to add more sparkles to the people around me. And yes, this means too, that I will try to remember your birthday.
Christmas gifts this year is nothing short of spectacular (to think I haven’t even FINISH meeting all my friends yet excites me even more!) Everyone seems to understand what PINK does to me so my table at the slave house is cluttered with pink fluffs and pinks toys! I also got myself another year’s supply of toiletries and moisturizers.

Christmas marks another year. I wonder where 09 will lead me to.

If you can maintain stability in turbulence, does it mean you out last the others?

Bitter as a gourd
We try to hold it together
Grasping tightly onto the fort

A dear one we have lost
Unknowlingly, unwillingly, without an appropriate cause

I Love holidays! (who doesn’t?)

Amidst the riots raging in Thailand, I went to peaceful Phuket and Phi Phi Island for the ultimate getaway. Its a pity things are quite unstable in Thailand. Phi Phi island is 2 hours ferry ride from Phuket Town (which is an hour from airport) which means a super duper long travelling time. But heck, it was well worth it!

This is the almighty bag which can contain half the world in it. Somehow i can squeeze and squeeze and than, SQUEEZE again!

With a little more than 3 hours before nightfalls and very empty stomachs (Tiger airways means you dont get in flight food unless you are willing to pay. obviously... i didn) we devoured the Thai version of rosti and Pat Tai. Super yumalicious although we had to combat with twenty flies while eating our brunch+dinner.

I think i bought more things on my first day than on any other. I was delighted to find fun quirky shops (think haji lane but affordable) on this island. I can imagine annie going completely wild. But vintage means 'used' so some of the stocks do look like they are badly beaten up

The streets of Phi Phi Island:

I stayed in the cheapest hotel in Phi Phi - PP Casita which is an awesome hotel with fantastic american breakfast. Fried rice, kway tiao, eggs in any type of serving you fancy, cereal, sausages, ham, BACON!, bread, yogurt in every flavor and I can't remember the rest.

We snorkeled for the whole afternoon but the next time i try to venture into the deep blue... I should keep in mind i dont know how to bloody swim. Life vest, in this case, is a neccessity!

We had tum yum soup at practically every meal and what suprised me most is that most people ate American food even though they are in THAILAND. I mean just how often do you come across cheap and good thai food back at home?

Deep dark tanning comes with an SPF 50 sun screen and hawaiiiii tanning lotion. Phuket seem to have more sun than Phi Phi island.

Did I mentioned I love the fact that I don't have to go to work too?

People say beauty is judge by the eyes of the beholder.

She has the body many would want. Slim, freaking small butt, skinny arms and everything else that may come along with it. But the attitude she has when it comes to work is of such horrible standards that it not only leaves a bad taste in the mouth but irks the shit out of everyone around her. (yes miss alien has met her match) Accounting her 30% error rate to ‘human’ error is such an absurd theory that even the silliest of all would shake the head in disgust. Alrite, maybe we say some people are meant to be just friends and not colleagues (say hi to miss alien here). But her absolutely rude comment that one of our sisters is too old and not married (although happily attached to an ah beng) is just horribly terrifying!

Recently, the change and shift in workload has started me in thinking more about what I want to do, 5 days a week 10 hours a day. I would really love to consider writing (magazines sounds like an exciting world to me) but the fear of losing ground after what I have achieved for the past 3 years is making me hold tightly onto this current battle field. Of course I have my complains – low wages, horrible planning, lack of management blah blah blah. Perhaps it is time to re evaluate and think seriously because after all I do have youth at my side for this moment in time.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!

*skips 24 times literally*

I am offically 24 and have reached the right age... to get married! Wahaha. When I was a little girl, I always thought 24 would be a good age to get married. But now, I have come to understand that it's getting a good man and have enough stash before it comes down to deciding on the age.

I love the birthday presents and the warmth I got from the people I have worked together for 4 months. A bunch of flowers moved me so near to tears because I do recall I mentioned I always had flowers on my bithday but I doubt I will be getting any for this year. and WAHLA **Poof** they got me a nice bunch of roses. how sweet is that!

And I do love Irene Sing's rocker bear cox it makes me wanna laugh everytime I see it. Thankfully, I made you the cup of honey that faithful day few years ago else we wouldn't even be working with such close proximity now. You are such a wonderful soul who seems to have a much stronger dose for shopping (which i love!)

The sad part (now I have some sad memories to remember for both christmas and my birthday) is that ahma passed away last sunday. It didn't really sink in until much later (read: work kills brain cells) and it really sucks. Now I wished that I had given her a warm hug before I said goodbye to her few months ago. I wished I had told her I will come back to see her and chat with her again. I wished that I had held her hands and talked to her more. I wished we didn't went out shopping but spent more time with her. I wished I didn't procastinate and delayed the trip to see her. Now she's gone and I don't even have a chance to say a last goodbye.

Another thing I have come to understand is that people change. Some from rotten eggs to really cool ones and others, vice versa. Some people are starting to be... so not worth my time. Superficial people are just so unpleasant to be around.

IT'S THE TIME OF THE YEAR AGAIN (make a guess, 1st october!)

YIPEE!!!

http://www.gobi.com.sg/

Hopefully there is a chance to drop by this fabbulous cake shop. And for all who dont know what to get for me, Isetan vouchers are just fine since it's like a shopping haven to me anyway. Else a kiss and a hug will do too :p

i now know 2 glasses of double shot gin has the same effect as 2 mugs of beer.

i walked past the fishing shops yesterday, tipsy (think loud susan) and locking arms with karen tan.

i guess time does help heal all wounds. it strecthes your memory for as long as you are willing to hold onto it and up to a point, you cant quite recall anymore.

heartless bitch.

DOA - Foo Fighters

Oh you know I did it
It's over and I feel fine
Nothing you could say is gonna change my mind
Waiting and I wait at the longest night
Nothing like the taste to sweet decline

I was down, I fell, I fell so fast
Dropping like the grains in an hourglass
Never say forever cause nothing last
Dancing with the thorns of my buried past

Nevermind there's nothing I can do
Bet your life there's something killing you

It's a shame we have to die my dear
No ones getting out of here, alive
This time

What a way to go, they have no fear
No ones getting out of here, alive
This time

Finished, I'm getting you off my chest
Made you come clean in a dirty dress
A promise is a promise you kept in check
Heart across a heart that beats it's best

Take a good hard look for the very last time
The very last one in a very long line
Only took a second to say goodbye
Then the pleasure 'bout the pleasure's
been mine, all mine

Ain't no way, DOA
Ain't no way, DOA

It's a shame we have to disappear
No ones getting out of here, alive
This time

Happy belated birthday han!

It's finally the weekends and after working long and hard for 2 consecutive weeks, I really enjoyed sleeping in on a rainy day. I was so busy that the tea i made in the morning remained untouched till 8ish(that would be 12 hours) when I can finally sit down and relax and START clearing my backlog.

Needless to say, i find shopping with han a WONDERFUL therapy (and must say thank you to Saidee for tea). I look forward to another day of coffee at a wonderful place with extremely cool mates :)

Thursday, August 21, 2008

The other day I asked someone I know briefly to consider using paper cups instead of styrofoam cups every day. In her mindless defence, she said that she only uses one a day and with much effort, reuses it to make 2 rounds of coffee. Completely oblivious to the fact that the earth is dying… because of (rude words here) people like her.

White formy things are non biodegradable, they do not DISAPPEAR. I wished with all my might that one day she can see how much trash she produces with the form she wates every single day and how much harm she's doing (although there is a chance there's no decendants to see the impact)

Now as much as I love her as a person, I think I would prefer mother earth anyday. Sigh, people needs to be educated on this.

I mentioned to dear yiying that I would like the girls to all go on a beach holiday with me this year. I don’t need shiny stuff and delicious food for a change. But as we all gradually morph into adults, schedules and 'available timings' are becoming harder and harder to coordinate.

**Few more days to cooooncert!

Sunday, August 17, 2008

I think laziness is an addiction. Once you get too used to it, you can't seem to shake it off.

So what will I fill into my schedule after I say finito (is that how you spell it?) to my 3 year degree course? Shopping? travel? Do some moonlighting? The third sounds like a wiser choice since it keeps $$$ coming in and $$$ from diminishing from an astonishing level.

Speaking of which, I seem to finally have time to catch up with old mates over a cuppa coffee. Of course, I would really prefer sipping a latte at a cafe with really cool friends but somehow schedules just down work out.

On a separate note...

I CAN OFFICALLY TAKE LEAVE FROM 22 AUGUST ONWARDS!!!

I AM GOING TO A CONCERT!!!!

I HAVE DECIDED ON MY BIRTHDAY WISH LIST (since yiying brought it up the other day)

:)

!?!$%!#$%@(*@(*!_

Do you know it costs $135 bucks to catch Avril live at the singapore indoor stadium?? That's insane!

(Alrite what's worse is I bought it already -_-)

I enjoyed the company's dinner night although I can say for sure that winning some prizes for a change will def make me ALOT HAPPIER. oh well.

Being in SUCH a big company has taught me that women = trouble and MANY women = ALOT of POLITICS. SIGH. We just can't get along can we???

Thursday, August 07, 2008

Sorry han for missing your birthday.

I promise to make it up to you somehow.

Ahh birthdays seem to be forgotten this year for unknown reasons. I will TRY to keep up next year!

I was picked (small size has its disadvantages) by the HR Person to be part of a cheerleading team for the annual dinner and dance. Much to my horror, I have completely no sense of coordination and memory cells worse than your grandma's. Add in my final year project (and procastination) I was stressed out of my wits in anticipation that I will make a complete fool of myself.

For one of the few times, I raised a white flag and asked to be excluded. (other white flags would include quitting my ex-company, saying goodbye motherfucker to my ex boyfriends etc)

As much as I am looking forward to taking formal guitar lessons (I still remember the people who don’t believe I can do it) after my exams, I am afraid I can't master it after all.

For those who say stop worrying and start living, they forgot what it was to be 23!

Monday, July 28, 2008

My body is filled (to the rim!) with cholesterol, both the good and bad. And I am underweight which mean I am really topped with creamy choles-ties.

Did you guys get to read about the blogger's spat? between xx and dawn? heh heh who's side are you on? the gutsy or the innocent looking? (psst i am more on the gutsy end of the plate)

Tuesday, July 22, 2008

I was wondering to myself this afternoon as i strolled back to office after a meeting, that I am actually rather stress-free(huh imagine that!) I no longer hang on tightly to every hour and fear the worse of being unable to produce humans of quality to the man who would put the devil to shame. I no longer have to keep nagging and demanding things need to be done there and then (then again some have been fired..)

I am... FREE (!)

So much so i Forgot I have an exam paper this saturday and I scheduled to meet han n SD up on Friday.

Suicidal

After I left my last job, the company seemed to have crumbled and fallen in terms of employee size. It's depressing I know but heh it does show that I DID work my ass off to maintain a steady flow of profits. poof!

I am bored on a Sunday with nothing to do except my project. SIGH. I was going to go to town with cat but somehow I manage to come to my senses and realise that my project is due like erm.. few weeks away? I didn check on the date. heh!

Monday, June 30, 2008

The recent episode at work has taught me something new. Adecco-ens are disgusting. They stoop to super low level to smear my name and have no guts to own up at the end of the day. I wonder what Glennis will say and react to this.

But she succeded in making me feel miserable. Its the same kind where you cant forget even when you will yourself to.

Nobody's chasing me

-Beauty isn't in the mind of the beholder but in the mind of the beheld-

i think i am doing well, if not fantastico, in my new job other than tad bits that does pull me down ocassionally. i trust everyone has this once in a while and its kinda up to us as to how we want to let things like these get to us.

its supremely awesome to catch up with buds who never fail to be energy radiators, sharing not just their happy selves but also warmth i cant quite find else where. people who know how you feel, who holds no judgement on you and are absolutely more than willing to hear your sorrows and never ending complains.

The breeze is chasing the zephyr,
The moon is chasing the sea,
The bull is chasing the heifer,
But nobody's chasing me...

Ravel is chasing debussy,
The aphis chases the pea,
The gander's chasing the goosey,
But nobody's chasing me.

COLE PORTER: Nobody's chasing me

Monday, May 26, 2008

although I have been short changed by mark for my salary, I guess I can be quite thankful that he did pay me most of my moonies, considering it is mark the stingy-and-nasty man. So gone are the days where I have to search endlessly in the haystack for a pin and I've really had it with his inconsiderate behavior. I do love money, but i think my pride costs much more than what you were paying me.

Classes have officially ended. No more tiring days of 7-10 and no more heavy books. I cant quite decide if I am happy to stop the tiresome routine or if i am sad to see my student life coming to an end. Either way, it was good while it lasted I guess.

i was laughing my head off while looking at Shee Yoong's Bali photos when i suddenly feel a little bitsy jealous. (not the mean-badie type of jealous)

i mean i do love all my ex colleagues alot (trust me its ALOT) and from the bottom of my heart, i did enjoy my hong kong incentive trip even though the coordination work almost killed me. Work sucked, i hated the fear i had to overcome everytime i walked into a client's office and try to convince them to use our shitty service. i hated the fact that i had no clue about what i was doing (back then anyway). i hated intense manger's meetings cox i have no idea what to say to these women (i was 21 for christ sake)

but i love the respect i earned and the people i was with (minus miss bitchy-b)

i do hope the people i will be working with are nice. fingers crossed hopes up

AieeeeeeeYAH!

I caught Doomsday today at THE CATHAY AMK. Love the seats, empty cinema but hate the retarded crowd of people who somehow can't read time and have to be VERY late for the show. It's actually fine if you are late but it's def not if you cause a disturbance. MORONS.

Rhona Mitra is hot! Seriously, not the sexy kinda hot but the lean-mean-machine-coolness hot. I realise she's been in many kick ass movies (SHE kicks ass mind you) like underworld and god her body is TO DIE FOR. She was on Stuck on You (2003) as Bus Stop Bombshell.

check her out http://www.rhonamitraonline.com/

On another note, I can't wait till next week so that I can leave the office. I am half hearted when it comes to working. so dreading this.

Avoid the mildly retarded

Fear.

Fear is an emotion that tags itself along whether you want it or not. When I think of the change that's going to come, I can't help but feel that woozy uncertainty. What if I don't like the working hours, what if the boss is shit, what if i hate my job and what if (most of all) I regret it? In another 11 working days, I will be history, hidden away in Paul's CPF filing folder.

A selfish side of me hopes things will crumble and fall. I hope they can't manage without me. But I know that no one is indispensible, it’s just how some people are more indispensible than others. I have not worked in a place for a time this long and perhaps this is why I feel so attached to this place. In ways more than one, I helped make this a fucking decent office. (I am not going to complain about the compensation package)

The weather is getting so bad now i LOVE aircon so much. I’m mentally debating if I should go ahead to buy an aircon or just bear with it thru summer (is that 6 months here is Singapore???) On another note, i need to stuff my wardrobe with work wear and funky looking shoes that hurts and disfigures your toes. All these means ka-ching flying out of the window

I love lazy afternoons like this. Hopefully I can hit the pool this weekend

Wednesday, April 30, 2008

My boss is going to bali. SUPER COOL. means I don't have to get all stressed up about him walking in and asking a billion and one thing in a single split second.

Check this out Morning Glory
They have very pretty notebooks. I bought one for school but sadly I haven't been attending classes so it's still empty.
I think you are right. She is midly retarded.

As much as I want to be nice, I cannot tell you word for word how to draft an email to another colleague and check thru YOUR email before send it (well if it's going to a client, I can understand). Sending an email is not ROCKET SCIENCE. oh god, why do I always meet people like her?

It's almost May! Other than having 2 fabuuuuulous public holidays in this month, my last day with this place is 20th may. It's quite hard to believe I have been here for a year and a half. From amazing ann sian to hellhole chinatown, I have spent so many hours here almost everyday with people I cant say I adore.

You really have to catch Harold and Kumar. They are hilarious.

It has been unbearably hot these few days. Reminds me of the days when I had to wait for the bus to head to school at Tampines. The heat's become so bad that I have decided to get an aircon for my room. It's not a luxury, it is a necessity.

Monday, April 28, 2008

Work has never been this blissful.

I am (almost) stress free. Other than trying to fix the network, computer hangups, twik the work a bit here and there, I am free!

Although I may look like a simpleton to the bosses, I think moving is a good decision.

I love sentosa.

Wednesday, April 23, 2008

I have a nice Roxy wallet!

I need to complain about life. Sometimes I cant help but really hate dealing with rude and inconsiderate people. Don't you hate it too that fulgy women tries to let you eat their hair by sweeping it over your face? Can't they see that the door is not open yet?

It doesn't quite help that I have one of the horrible people in office. I see her everyday and at times, I do feel like slapping the fucking daylights out of her. She thinks the word nigger is not rude (even after we told her it is) so being the person I am (not u fake-ies) I asked her if FUCKING PINOYS sound pleasing to her ears. And she likes to do the thing i HATE most. Leave the converstion halfway saying she's upset so she doesn't want to talk anymore or simply walk off. It's one of the rudest thing you can do in response to a on-going conversation. Your a working adult already, can't you behave like one?

On a brighter note, I have tendered my resignation. It's quite a relief now because I am not as stressed as I was before. I used to take the rap for everything they do wrong (even the pinoy) and accept any insults the bosses say.

I have had enough I would really like to say to them. But heh, I still believe in what comes around goes around.

poupeegirl fashion brand community
I think I am getting more and more detached from the world I am so used to being in.
Have you had friends who engage in casual night ‘activities’ who seeks fun among men and love in alcohol?
Well anyway, I just spotted this online community where you can shop-dressup-look good all without spending a single cent. It’s called Poupeegirl and the site is so beautiful!

Eventful

A series of events took place which somehow seem to have whirled itself out of control.

I caught stepup2 yesterday and I think it’s worth my humble 6 bucks. But I think I like the first one better cox Tyler is SO much cuter and well build. I have so wanted to catch The Leap Years but cox of the unavailability of a mate to catch it, i missed that one  (nevermind the fact that I don’t like LiLin)

I HATE my school (although they just paid me $ as referral fee) and I HATE HATE HATE exams.

At work, amidst the huge amount of positions i have to work on, delegating workload to 3 helpful and not-so-helpful fellow colleagues, we FINALLY did our RENOVATION!!!! In the attempt to redeem my sin of buying an expensive piece of jeans, I offered painting the office with my fello colleagues. So Friday night and saturday is going to be spent, smelling paint and whisking turpentine.

I have been spending my travelling time on the book Virgin Suicides, complementary of lovely momo. It's a really good book cox the author seemed to fit words I don't know into almost every page. It's almost as good as the book by James Frey but I must say it still lacks a bit of emotion.

Status: International Dispatch

Your item left the United States from LOS ANGELES at 8:06 AM on March 21, 2008. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

WOW! I am SO excited for my shopping to reach my hands. I roped in my shopaholic-colleague in so the shipping costs is actually quite reasonable.

In my recent impulse of vanity, i got hold of Evelyn & crabtree's jojoba lotion (at $20 dollars discount!) and clinique's eye cream (http://www.clinique.com.au/templates/products/sp_nonshaded.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CAT1041&PRODUCT_ID=PROD71172) and triple shade blusher (http://www.clinique.com.au/templates/products/sp_shaded.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CAT5567&PRODUCT_ID=PROD74788).

Sigh, what can I say? I am a woman afterall ;)

Tuesday, March 11, 2008

It's raining heavily on a Tuesday, 7 days away from my 3 year-term 2 exam paper. Here I am, sitting in the office looking at websites where I can do some online shopping. The stuff online is really L O V E L Y. But then again, I plan on taking a break for my last exam. That would mean cutting down on all expenditure eh?

Was thinking of heading to a beach resort to have some real good fun when I realise that I haven got mates who will entertain this idea of mine. Come to think of it, many people's 'best buddies' evolved from grade schools. Holidays are normally planned - without me. I guess it's quite hard? I cant say I haven't tried considering the number of olive branch(es) there once was. Aiee I guess averil was right. There's not anyone in her life whom she would call a best friend.

Perhaps a good buddy. Because there really is not many kind souls out there who always give their support freely and willingly with no questions asked and no judgement or biasness.

LAUGHS! Shee Yoong's face was blocked out by the tag board. HAAH!! not that it's important ANYWAY. LAUGHS!!!

My room's SO NICE and neat i can hardly stand it. I cant seem to locate my things now that they have all been allocated into boxes onto the bookcase. HA! GREAT thing is - i FOUND my long lost bank book. On top of that, several diaries I forgot all about from 2006 to 2007. They always never fail to bring back memories in full emotions.

Wednesday, March 05, 2008

i think people should update their blogs more regularly. I am getting bored.

So Marche and Villag'er has met their end (well sort of anyway) but thanks to SY, I found out there's another Japanese 'Marche' at Raffles city. the food is Y U M M Y and needless to say, lunch with them was good company.

Few days ago momo asked if I think I have many good friends and I couldnt squeak a YES. It's true I guess what older people told me - that as you grow older, your friends tend to change and you grow apart. Although I do think there are really awesome radiators around me, there are also a significant amount of suckers around. They simply drain the energy out of you. Does everyone have friends like that?

Come to think of it, I was touched when Jane said I am one of her closest friends when I have to admit I havent been putting an effort in meeting up with her.

Such kind soul.

Wakeboarding is fun but so tiring. I would go if the water's not that dirty and when my bosses are not around. ;)

Monday, February 25, 2008

I am addicted to spending money. Aieeee but it feels just so nice when u own the things you want.

I am looking forward to momo's arrivial and a companion to ro's birthday party. although i see her all day at work, it doesn't mean we are all that very close. I guess its the different environment we grew up in? And I am actually not that keen on getting drunk and to make a fool out of myself. hmmm...

ah mark! i miss u! How's your mugging coming along?

Sunday, February 24, 2008

How’s aussie, funny how I am asking u online when… you do not have internet access yet! Hope your doing fine over there!

I am getting excited about the new furniture I got from IKEA. So basically I got 2 bookcases to take over my ancient black book cases and a chest of drawers where I can put my super-old-school tube TV on. I am also replacing the bedside table, which I stole from my mom eons ago, and amazing, they are the entire same colour - Antique effect foil finish

Hopefully this can create more space in my confined dungeon.

On a sadder note, I completely hate my job. Despite the fact that I think I am given autonomy and the opportunity to lead a team, I really don’t think I am cut out to work for people like my boss. Who’s completely unreasonable to the core and plainly have no slightest idea how to manage an office. ARGH. I remember when I was still under Glennis, the last straw came too, when I was forced to the very verge of bursting into tears. SIGH.

I really have to start mugging.

;p

Monday, February 18, 2008

Today i did the unthinkable. She said hello 3 times and i hung up.
This is crazy.

So my little brother renovated his room (seriously i am proud of him really) and it kinda triggered a i want a nice room syndrome at home. I got infected (heh heh) and have started making plans to head to IKEA to create my haven.

Woot!

Thursday, February 14, 2008

I love how time flies and i have no time to blog. No wait i’m lying. Laughs i sound like momo.

I took tons of photos but just don’t seem to have time to upload it. I want to clean up my room again but don’t seem to have the time to do that too.
Random notes:

I love Chinese new year because i get lots of money. (Which will eventually turn into things such as the DKNY watch i like) I love eating free food at relatives. Talking about money... i got an increment! I am super delighted and would like to continue shopping for useless stuff to fill up my already-crowded wardrobe.

I love my new Nintendo to bits. BEST part is, it’s baby pink ;) It’s my new companion from home to work!

I like baby Kendra although she crys clot.

Got my results from the most *censored* school in Singapore. I actually think my results are not too bad. As much as I dread it, exams are next month!

I want to highlight my hair. Have streaks of blonde in my mind.
Went wakeboarding with the bosses and flipapino. Was a little intimidated by the fact that I am in murky waters and the fast speed of the boat (and the added pressure of having bosses around!) conclusion? I have a fat ass!

Chinese new year is drawing near and I cant wait for the long-awaited holidays. I do feel like hitting the beach at sentosa once again with lishan and junnie so that we can make this a yearly tradition ;p

Working in Chinatown means on top of having my fair share of perverted uncles staring at you, I do get to enjoy the ‘ang-ang’ atmosphere at the heat of where it all happens! I got some nice candies, I think they call them mo-chi, and have gobbled down more then 5 in the last hour. Yums!

It took me a ga-zillion years to actually settle for this skin. There are SO MANY cute, pretty, intriguing skins. But it has got to be one where I will go darn this is the ONE.

So here it is =)

Monday morning quarterback

noun:
a person who, after the event, offers advice or criticism concerning decisions made by others; one who second-guesses

I learnt a new phrase today. COOL.

14 more days to go to PAYDAY! i actually have an outstanding cheque from Mediacorp. One that is almost four months old. I have LONG forgotten how much the cheque is suppose to be. ha!

Don’t we all feel like shit has splattered on the fan and falling down on you? Don’t you think that the moment is so awkward and you would wish there is a hole you can fit yourself into?

I have met so many people whom I think are completely unworthy of even mentioning. People who reads my blog and wonder if I would say something nasty because they have offended me in the first place.

Disgusting is what I will use to describe you.

If you read this blog just to see if I mention about you, don’t you think you are an ugly little scum? Where your behaviour spells of someone who’s 7 and of an ultimate pre-mature pea sized brain? You spin tales that benefits you and belittle others. Yet you tell the world how much unjust I did to you. If I could seriously, I would spit in your face. But my spit is far too priceless to even land on your pathetic face.

So i shall let all things go and live my pretty little life while you envy me from your scumhole. (evil laughers insert here)

Well anyway, i want to praise Elizabeth arden for its darn good products. You should get some for yourself ;)

It’s January again and a start of a whole new year but I don’t feel like anything is different. Everyone is out of office and I am sitting down here, spending time on my blog. Not the nicest thing my boss should know about. Laughs. I actually forgot ALL about Andrew’s Christmas dinner till lunch with serge just now. I seem to be following another time zone.

Foolishness

If only han is around to listen to what I just did. I can imagine her going aww sue sue baby. (And after that, her walking over and giving me a hug)

It’s sad to know mz turned out to be shit though.

Random but, this is my birthday present from Paul. love it.

So i was browsing thru blogs again and i stumbled on missing's blog. The part where its so touching. May i quote (oh btw missing, your blog needs some serious updating.. its been growing dust for about a year now)

"On a serious note, i mit up with my with my frd for revision this afternoon..she had went thr alot for the past couple of weeks and im so sad to admit that gone are the glitter and sparkle in her eyes..what i have infront of me is a young lady, shouldering all the harsh and cold treatment from a guy who chose to abandon her in a long dist reln..but no blame is she putting on him but rather all kinds of excuses for him..and living each day with the hope that things might turn for the better..i have always known her to be a strong and remarkable lady for her young age..n i sure miss the crazy and fun side of her, when she can laugh and bitch with me so freely..but now in exchanged was a forced and weak smile and behind this facade, hides a lonely and healing heart.."

Wah. missing, i love u!!! I still feel touched even after a whole year! goes to show u are one hell of a good writer ;)

oh n if i did mention, i saw the young chap the other day. And only after ages (like many days later?) i realise that the girl right beside him, might well be his other half! laughs! And i thought he had excellent taste. woot.

I think somewhere in me lies a grumpy old lady.

At work in some ways I dominate the grounds and I know I can really be an ass sometimes. I may be bossy and I want things done my way (reminds me of Glennis actually) with top speed and minimal errors. I need people to make sense when they talk, to use their common sense (now that I know common sense ain’t that common at all) and to step up to their role.

Satisfaction comes in many different ways. Especially when my right side kick (figuratively she does sit on my right) comes back to me with a better understanding of how things work. Although it takes time to foster and grow, she does (at least) learn. Left sidekick in Hong Kong indulges me with fascinating comments that boss and her talked about and these just makes me feel more certain and in place about what I am doing here.

Although in some ways more than one, I miss the good old days in Adecco and Degussa, I guess I have come to terms with how mucky the situation is right now.

Problem is – I don’t know where I want to go, next.

A lot of people I know may not agree to the things I want to do and the actions I take. But to a certain extend, I think friends shouldn’t judge or worst, compare and feel that life’s unfair. Certain comments you say stick to my small brain and flickers like a neon light whenever I try to justify myself compromising to suit your needs.

My throat feels dry and my eyes are heavy.

That should be the post holiday syndrome! I am so sleepy and caffeine seems to be on a holiday as well.

Although its time to cheer at 6.30pm, the thought i will have to go to class makes me miss my bed so much.
And so we all grow up.

Firstly, MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR to my humble audience of 5? Aha!

At some point, I really consider moving this blog again so that I can really say what the hell I want to without consideration of people’s feelings. But what the heck, most of you don’t read this space anyway.

These are what I really want to say.

1) The ones who just can’t believe what I say – YOUR infamous sentence of ‘Didn’t you take it and make it your own?’ when I lost your birthday present. It was a knife stabbed straight into my heart. And since then, I never confined in you again.

2) The ones who are just not considerate. Things you say comes back to my ears. Get it?

3) The one who spreads rumours like wild fire and attempts to extinguish it by saying– oh no, nothing happened. I don’t know…

4) I hate the people who squash me on the train to work. I am small but not THAT small.

5) When I talk to you, look me in my eyes please. That’s BASIC manners

So I survived another year unharmed, I plan to live to a hundred, so far so good. I would type out a list of major events if my brain is active enough at this time in the morning. As much as I dread going to work, I am glad to say I survived more then a year in this hell-hole. The same goes for school and I’ll be a smartie too in 7 months!

That's momo and me before she left.

A little more crowded this year.
