3 years in J but I seemed to have stood still in time. Although progression is subjective to one's perspective, I would have liked to have achieved more. But from what I can see, there isn't much of a gap I can try to grow into.
I would miss being able to run errands during the off peak hours, being home with my cat and sleeping in on weekdays. But I think things kind of just fell into place.
